Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of Hajj, Umrah and Ziyarat travel services provided by Al Asad Tour & Travels. By booking a package or using our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we have received the required deposit and the traveller's valid documents. Seats and hotel allocations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking enquiry submitted through this website is a request and does not by itself guarantee a reservation.

2. Payments

• A deposit is required to reserve your seat; the balance must be paid before the date communicated by our team.
• Prices are quoted per person and are based on current airfares, hotel tariffs and exchange rates, which may change until full payment is made.
• All government taxes, visa fees and service charges applicable at the time of travel are payable by the traveller unless expressly included in the package.

3. Passports, Visas & Documents

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport (with the validity required by the destination country), vaccination certificates and any other documents required for the journey. Al Asad Tour & Travels will assist with the visa process but is not responsible for visa rejections by the relevant authorities.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to airline, hotel and visa cancellation policies, and any non-refundable amounts already paid to third parties will be deducted. No refund is available for unused services once the journey has commenced.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries, hotels and transport are arranged with care, but may change due to circumstances beyond our control — including flight schedule changes, Saudi authority regulations, weather, or crowd-management measures at the holy sites. We will always endeavour to provide services of an equivalent standard.

6. Conduct & Responsibility

Travellers are expected to follow the guidance of our coordinators and to respect the laws, customs and sanctity of the places visited. Al Asad Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, injury or delay caused by a traveller's own actions, or by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Liability

We act as a booking agent between travellers and the airlines, hotels and transport providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked through us. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers.
